CoolSculpting is one of my favorite ways to jumpstart any short- or long-term body transformation. It's particularly handy if you've been sitting around and indulging in extra tacos, making it a little harder to squeeze into those summer clothes.

 

CoolSculpting is a non-surgical treatment. When done appropriately, it can help reduce flab and sag simultaneously. Most people need multiple treatments to get to their desired shapes and sizes. Of course, this should always be accompanied by exercise, a balanced diet, solid sleep habits, and meditation/breathing techniques, among other things.
